tameem Tameem Mohammed  –  Chairman of Human Rights Observers

Tameem has served on more than one dozen editorial in NGO governing and advisory boards and has travelled extensively, to some 60 countries, and speaks Hindi, English, Arabic, Russian, Spanish and Hungarian languages he is also undertaking research, speaking engagements, workshops consulting, and program evaluation.

Education: Post graduate in Economics and Development from Hungarian University of Szeged in (Europe).

Biography: He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Middle East based Digi-media group since 2005. He served as online news producer in a prestigious Dubai Media. He also serves as Founder President of Human Rights Observers & international Human Rights one of the leading Human Rights Organizations promoting global peace, rule of law, democracy and Human rights. He was the interpreter for UAE Ministry of Cultural affairs and tourism, in Arabic – Russian languages, from 2003-2005. In that position he was instrumental to organize one of the largest conferences in 2004 and the Middle-east regional Conference in 2005, and significantly expanded the membership of the regular cultural events.

A post Graduate in law & economics from Spain, He collaborated closely with United Nations Global Compact, on a variety of publications on globalization, commerce and technology.  Ricardo Quiles Beta also led various field missions throughout Spain, researching governance issues in Spain.

Education: 5 Years Master Degree in Psychology From Maastricht Universiteit ( Maastricht, the Netherlands ) This degree combines different skills of Sociology, Marketing, and Psychology of human resources, research methods techniques and educative instruction.

She has worked on several human rights & Human development projects including research, responsible for supervision and support of monitors with specific activities, as well as resolution of contingency that arises with children, at UNICEF. Year 2009 and 2010 Debora has done a wide range of volunteer work as Psychologist’s consulting Children’s therapeutic in Spain, Netherland and Poland, she has been an AIESEC educator in the year 2012, in Poznan Poland, She also served as Coordinator of Spanish governments Town Hall of Granada.


vijay nakkaMr. Vijay Nakka  –  Director Health and Human Rights

Serves as Senior Vice President of India Operations at Apollo Health Street Limited, where he manages operations for its multiple India locations.

Mr. Nakka was responsible for running the Provider operations of AHS and India. He has over 30 years of Revenue Cycle expertise with work experience in the United States and more recently in the off-shore BPO industry in Hyderabad, India. He began his career as a Process Associate at Children’s Hospital National Medical Center in Washington DC. Prior to AHS, he worked at Sacred Heart Hospital, St. Joseph’s Hospital, and Bon Secours Baltimore Hospital in Patient Finance Services. In 2002, Deloitte Consulting hired him to manage their offshore Revenue Cycle Service in Hyderabad, India. Mr. Nakka received his education in India and the United States.

He specializes in Healthcare Administration and majored in Economics with a minor in Accounting. He studied management, accounting and economics from The Catholic University of America. He studied management, economics and accounting from Spicer Memorial College.


ps ganeshP Sri Ganesh  –  (Director)  Specializes in advocacy and human rights crises

He has worked for over a decade with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), most recently he has been nominated as the national committee member for Ministry of Steel and Mines in India, and prior to that he has served as the political analyst in India, he also served as general secretary for the ruling political party in India.

P Sri Ganesh has extensively consulted with non-governmental organizations, he has worked in varying capacities with numerous civil society organizations, and led the national-level campaign for the Global Call to Action against Poverty. P Sri Ganesh focus includes promoting Indian civil society organizations, human rights, and good governance.

He graduated from Osmania University of Hyderabad in Indian, and has a M.A. in Political Science from the Ontario.

waseemM A Waseem  – (Director) Chief Inchare of Technical Team (hromedia) & Cheif Organiser of Human Rights Observers

 A young Post Graduate in Information technology prior to joining Human rights he served as technical specialist in non-governmental organizations.

Since joining Human Rights Observers, Waseem has worked on a wide range of issues including access to Justice, research and designing. Waseem is also online new producer and member of the editorial board of Human Rights Observers Media wing.
