Dec 03 2011, – Human Rights Observers celebrated United Nations’ International Day of Persons with Disabilities at Mother Teresa foundation & School for Disabled Children in Khammam District India.

Human Rights Observers Chairman Mr. Tameem and Miss India universe Vasuki Sunkavalli vowed to work for the cause of the persons with Disabilities.

HRO aims to increase public awareness, understanding and acceptance of people with disability and celebrate the achievements and contributions of people with disability.

HRO has been supporting Disabled children schools since 2008 and provides funds to promote and raise awareness of the day in India and abroad.

Nov 14 2011, – Human Rights Observers Chairman, Mr. Tameem and Miss India Universe Vasuki Sunkavalli inaugurated children’s day observation function at Mahboobia girls High school, Speaking at the occasion, Miss vasuki said the late PM Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru’s love for children is the reason why November 14, his birth anniversary, is celebrated as Children’s Day.

The cultural exchange programme session, Miss added, is organised with an aim to provide a platform for children to expose their talents.

Speaking on the Occasion HRO chief Tameem said one may think how these tiny tots can change the nation. Yes, they can, because today’s children are responsible citizens of tomorrow. For a country to develop lies in the hands of the child. And the foundation of knowledge, skills and attitude are laid in this impressionable period.
