Dec 10 2012, – Addressing human rights issues in front of the District Officials & huge crowd Mr. Tameem Founder Chairman of Human rights Observers/International Human Rights, highlighted wide range of issues related to the human rights violations, while speaking on women rights he said women and girls are discriminated to a greater degree in all the societies, women being harassed, tortured and sexually abused the vast majority of their abusers go unpunished. Also he spoke about child rights not to forget children are the future of our nation, every child has the right to express freely their opinion parents and communities have the duty to listen to the children and to consider their opinions when the decisions concern them.
While speaking on the issue about prisoners rights Mr. Tameem expressed his concern on judiciary system which has failed to comply with right to fair trial, vast majority of them are taken into custody on suspicious ground and many of them are becoming victims of conspiracy, judiciary system has to respect the law of the land shall provide justice to all of its citizens and shall not consider the arguments & false allegations which clearly violates pre trial detention period, Judiciary officials has a greater responsibility on their shoulders to maintain the faith of a common man on our judiciary system.
